1. Who we are
book-montenegro.me (“Book Montenegro”, “we”) is operated by Asenvirocon d.o.o.. See the imprint for details.
2. We are an intermediary
We publish offers of independent local operators and pass your booking requests to them. We are not the organiser of any tour, activity or stay. The contract for the service is made directly between you and the operator named on the offer page. The operator provides the service, confirms or declines the request, sets the final price and conditions, charges you and issues the receipt.
3. Requests are not bookings
Sending a form does not create a booking. A booking exists once the operator confirms it to you. Until then, dates and places are not reserved.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros as published by the operator and may change. The price confirmed by the operator applies. The operator pays us a commission; you pay no fee to us.
5. Cancellation
The operator’s cancellation rules apply. For tours by Tara Kula Raft they are summarised in our cancellation policy.
6. Safety and participation
Activities such as rafting, canyoning, zip line, quad and horse riding carry inherent risks. Follow the instructions of the guides. The operator may refuse participation to anyone who is unfit, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who does not follow safety instructions.
7. Liability
The operator is responsible for performing the service. We are responsible for correctly passing on your request and for the accuracy of what we write ourselves; we take care to reproduce operators’ information faithfully but cannot guarantee it. These terms do not exclude any liability where the law does not allow it.
8. Accommodation via Airbnb
Stays booked through Airbnb are subject to Airbnb’s terms. We are not a party to that booking.
9. Law and complaints
Montenegrin law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Complaints about a service go first to the operator; you can also write to us at teodor.sljukic@asenvirocon.me and we will help.
